Agreement

By creating an account or using CloakMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use CloakMe.

What CloakMe is

CloakMe is a real-time AI face swap tool for video calls and live streams. You upload a reference photo and your camera feed is transformed live. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service in line with these Terms.

Acceptable use

CloakMe is built for privacy, entertainment, and content creation among people who know they are on a call or stream with you. You agree that you will not use CloakMe to:

• Impersonate a real, identifiable person, or use another person's likeness without their consent.
• Deceive, defraud, catfish, or mislead anyone about who you are for financial gain or other harm.
• Bypass identity verification, or misrepresent yourself where the law or a platform requires your true identity (for example KYC, exams, or legal proceedings).
• Create content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving anyone who has not consented, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• Break the rules of any platform you use CloakMe on, or violate any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use CloakMe and for having the rights and consent needed for any face or likeness you swap to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Credits and payment

CloakMe has no subscription. You buy credit packs once and spend them as you use the service. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Credit usage and billing

Credits are consumed while a CloakMe session/model is running. Usage is billed at 3 credits per second while the live model session is processing. Credit usage is tied to CloakMe model runtime and is not limited only to time spent inside a third-party video call, meeting, stream, or messaging platform.

Billing may include live session setup, warm-up, connection, processing, and model runtime after a session successfully starts. If a connection attempt fails before the live model session produces a usable stream, CloakMe is designed not to bill that failed attempt. Disconnecting or stopping the session stops further credit usage.

Displayed minute estimates are based on continuous model runtime at 3 credits per second and are provided as estimates, not guarantees of third-party call time.

Service availability

We work to keep CloakMe running smoothly, but we provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or a perfect result, and it depends on third-party providers we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CloakMe is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for how you or anyone else uses the service. Your use of CloakMe is at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use CloakMe after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
